SPECIAL CONFERENCE RATE:
A block of rooms has been reserved for conference participants at a discounted rate of US $295/night + 13.27% tax/day. The rate is guaranteed only until February 3, 2016. The hotel extends the group rate 3 days pre and post conference dates based on availability. After this date, reservation requests will be considered on a space-available basis.

All reservations should be received by the hotel no later than February 3, 2016. All individual reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.

Due to a limited number of rooms being available at the Westin on Tuesday, February 23, we have secured a small block of rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites for those attendees interested in the Patient Quality & Safety Pre-Course and the morning session of the Echocardiograph Pre-Course.

The rate is $259/night plus applicable taxes

The Hampton Inn provides a complimentary shuttle to the Westin.
